SPECIAL BONUS ITEM If you order all 3 of the above magazine packs we will also send you the 1997 CONVENTION REPORT. This convention marked the 20th occasion that Six of One members gathered at Portmeirion to celebrate "The Prisoner" television programme. Special guests included Roger Parkes, who wrote "A Change of Mind" and Angela Browne who played Number 86, the mysterious surgeon in that episode, who performed a fake lobotomy on the hapless Number Six. Ms Browne was accompanied by husband, actor Francis Matthews (both pictured left). Besides his many film, TV and stage credits, Mr Matthews is known in cult TV circles as the voice of Captain Scarlet. Issue 16 of "In The Village" (pack "G") carries an interview with both actors. |
